To make 2 cups (460mL)
1. Blend the following in a deep bowl: 1/2 cup (115mL) of cold milk, 1/2 teaspoon of Foster Clark's' Vanilla Essence and 1 sachet of Whipped Topping Mix.
2. Beat on HIGH speed with hand or electric mixer for about 4 minutes or until topping thickens and forms light, fluffy peaks.
3. Stir before serving, adding 1 -2 tablespoons of milk if topping seems too thick.
